The outdoor space is characterised by a large, enclosed garden, which is landscaped down to the smallest detail. The beautiful infinity pool (7mx14m), equipped with hot water and motorised roller shutter, offers a breathtaking view. Nearby are sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is also a whirlpool bath in a panoramic position.
There is also an outdoor dining area with table and chairs and a barbecue at the complete disposal of guests.

Interior Description
The interior spaces are characterised by a unique style and a cosy atmosphere. On the ground floor, the open space combines the dining room with the living room and kitchen. The living area is furnished with a large sofa, wood-burning fireplace and SmartTV. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, oven, ice machine, wine cooler, coffee machine with pods and mocha. The indoor dining area has a table and chairs for 6 persons.
The villa is ideal for people with mobility problems as there are no steps on the lower floor.
The sleeping area is characterised by 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom equipped with a glass shower: two of the rooms are on the ground floor, one of the rooms has a bathroom equipped to accommodate wheelchair users. These rooms have views of the beautiful garden. On the upper floor is The Suite with a view of the breathtaking panorama.
On the ground floor there is also a study and a further, more intimate living area with TV. On the upper floor there is a fully equipped gym for the exclusive use of guests.
Air conditioning in the open space, suite and gym and underfloor heating system. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are available to guests. Cot and high chair.
