Casa Biancoverde is a modern and comfortable villa with a shared salt swimming pool heated to 26° (6x14 m, depth 1.20-1.50 m) located near Marsala, near the Lido Signorino beach for moments of relaxation by the sea. Recently built and distributed over two floors not communicating from the inside. Spacious and well-equipped, the house offers a comfortable and welcoming ambience. The swimming pool is shared with the owners who only use it occasionally and who live in the other villa on the property. The location of the villa is ideal for exploring the surrounding attractions, including the suggestive salt pans, Trapani, Erice, Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo and the Zingaro Reserve. Possibility to book only 6 sleeps at a reduced price, closing the lower floor.
