Description

Villa Marina Velca situated in “Marina Velca” just a few kilometers from Tarquinia, an ancient city known for its Etruscan necropolis, the Villa represents an excellent opportunity for those who wish to spend their holiday in the countryside but close to the beach.
Guests can easily reach the beautiful beach equipped with all the best bathing structures, they can sunbath on the private swimming pool or visit the nearby cities of Tarquinia and Tuscania. These cities represent the ancient Etruscan and Middle Age civilizations, such as the beautiful and still perfectly preserved necropolis which also become UNESCO World Heritage Site, or the marvelous villages with their characteristic walls. Guests can also appreciate the rich vegetation and animals in danger of extinction or visit the saline important reserves of Tarquinia, just 7 km from the property.
The house has eight double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms for 4 people, and one small apartment with a double room. All the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom. The rooms are not connected but have a private external access to the terrace. Each room has a roof fan and a dehumidifier.
The kitchen and dining room with fireplace, is equipped with fridge,oven, microwave, Italian and American Coffee Maker. The dining room can easily accomodate up to 26 people.
Outside, a huge gazebo is completley equipped with forniture, armchairs, table and chairs, where guests can relax for an aperitif or for dinner. Two big barbecues are at guests disposal. The swimming pool is 6×12 and guests can relax on the sunbeds. The beach can be reached up by feet or through renting some bycicle.
A special agreement with the Country Club allows the clients to buy green fees at a special price. The green fee should be request directly to the staff of the Villa. Special conditions will be dedicated for guests who want golf lessons. Country Club Restaurant is open throughout the year for lunch and dinner. Guests have a reduction on meals in the restaurant.

Interior Description

All rooms have independent entrances from the outside. All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and dehumidifiers. Ground floor: Large kitchen/dining room suitable for up to 26 people. 5 double rooms with double beds, all with en-suite bathroom with shower (toilet/bidet); 1 double room with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower (toilet/bidet) suitable for disabled guests; 1 mini apartment with kitchenette, double bed and bathroom with shower (toilet/bidet); First floor: 2 large double rooms with double beds, both with en-suite bathroom with shower (toilet/bidet); 2 large triple rooms with double bed and single bed, both with en-suite bathroom with shower (toilet/bidet); Extra beds: Up to 6 extra beds can be added for a fee: 2 in the mini apartment, one for each room on the first floor.
